Nancy Foltz, Communicatia's principal
and owner, helps clients plan and implement their communications
strategies so they can uniquely position themselves to attract
attention, gain support and build their reputations. Depending
on what clients need, she serves as a virtual communications function,
provides planning and counseling services, acts as the organization's
media relations person, or serves as writer and project manager.
Previously she was vice president of communications for Ceridian,
a Fortune 500 information services company, and over the past 25
years, Foltz has helped many organizations establish and enhance
their reputations. She's handled just about every communications
challenge you can imagine (and some you can't), including the split-up
of one of the original computer companies and a visit from Mikhail
Gorbachev at the peak of his influence.
Since Communicatia was established in
2000, Nancy Foltz has been retained by Arbitron Inc., Nestle
Purina, the Asheville HUB, Cherokee Preservation Foundation,
AdvantageWest, Cherokee Tribal Travel & Promotion, the
Asheville Chamber of Commerce, Evergreen Community Charter
School, Animal Compassion Network, and numerous other clients.
